Didn’t love your perfume or oil? No problem!
At lihayati.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don’t love what you got, you can easily exchange it for something else within 14 days of getting it.
Here’s what to keep in mind for exchanges:
- Just make sure at least 90% of the perfume or oil is still there.
- We’ll process your exchange quickly, usually within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping costs for the original order won’t be refunded, and you’ll cover shipping costs for the new item.
Got a damaged item, leak, or wrong product?
We’ll take care of it! If your perfume or oil is damaged, leaks, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send you the right one and cover all shipping costs.
Heads up: Right now, we can only offer exchanges. If you want a refund, your order needs to be under Rs.5,000.
