- Use Shampoo For Sensitive Scalp or Nonconditioner Shampoo
Hijabers usually have oily and humid scalp. Using a special shampoo for damage hair or sensitive scalp is the best way to balance the scalp and prevent the dandruff that cause hair fall. You need to choose shampoo dan conditioner to prevent the damage. You should shampoo the hair at least once in 2 days not everyday.
- Use Hair Mask
Give deep moisturizer to your hair at least once in a week. If you can’t find to buy oil product, you can make by yourself such as olive oil, almond oil, or sunflower oil for hair mask. Once in week you should sit or stand under the sun without hijab while massaging the scalp around 20 minutes. The vitamin D from the sun in the morning can make your hair and scalp healthy. - Make Sure Your Hair Is Dry
Do not use veil if your hair is still wet after shampooing. The wet hair is sensitive so it can be damaged easily. Hair bun when the hair is wet can cause the hair fragile and itchy because of dandruff. But it doesn’t mean that you must do hairdryer. For urgent situation you can use hairdryer in a low temperature.

In the hot or sunny day, you should wear soft, light, and cool cotton.

The damage hair indicate the healthy and optimal hair. You need to consume good meals or create a healthy diet program everyday.
